Company name is overall good, but depends on which site you have been alotted

Job security - Good

Dislikes

The management is absurd and no interaction for the problem we face in daily routine. Company needs a more precise system of approach to employees and their basic needs.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
