A very good ambiance of work at site with good teammates and developing management. Its good to be on the safety part and care to the employee. God good opportunity in developing self and the team which is a force behind every organization growth.

Dislikes

The struggle faced by the team due to organization difficulties were not managed by the top management efficiently and thus a lot of struggles faced by employees thereafter. No proper communication was made (though towards end).

Work Details

Were responsible for the operation and maintenance of wind assets. Also responsible for the grooming of the technical staff and made them vulnerable to face any situation in life. Technical improvement of the asset performance.

Very good company, Management is good, Seniors are good and supportive. Great infrastructure and employees are also friendly. Free food provided by company. Holding company is into insolvency but that doesn't impact the operations or subsidiaries.

Work life balance is good.my role required both field and desk work so both were quite good in terms of job satisfaction and learning.

Dislikes

Company Politics is very bad. you won't get any credit for your work, there are always seniors who are ready to grab all the Credit of your hardwork.
