1. Financial growth is poor as company's condition is poor. 2. Staff, working at site, they are very much suffer financially. 3. For lower level staff it is very difficult to manage if you have family with you. 4. No C-off encashment , there is no value of extra time. If you work at site , your C-off hours will be wasted 50h/Month average. But good for office staff, they are not sufferer.
