Everything is in the hands of managers, if the manager is happy then even if a person does not know the work he will survive get all the benefits. I have seen cases where an employee got demoted after 8 months, because the managers had previously given a higher designation by mistake. The HRs do nothing. A lot of politics n favourism persists.

There is a lot of learning. Serious minded people. No college or casual attitude. Transport facility.

Career growth very slow n too much hierarchy

Its analytical however the team has reached a saturation point n there is no new learning. We are just doing the same monotonous job for years

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
