Worked in Wtw for 5.5 years joined in 2015 and got promoted in 2017 with annual performance award. Two times recognised by NZ ceo for the proactive approach for solving claims. All was going good until the COVID lockdown. During lockdown I was harassed mentally and at the end I had to leave by resigning from my responsibilities. During my harassment period I was told that i have weak analytical and technical thinking skills, where one of India's best Data science company provided me opportunity in Mar 2021 to work with them. I have started my MBA immediately after joining new firm. I was recognised for my perfomance for Jan-Mar 2022 quarter and awarded for one of the key value of the company 'Be Accoutable'. Another achievement of 2022 was I completed my first Year of MBA and certified with Distinction for Advance Diploma in Business Administration. Sucess is never ended.. still more achievements to go.
