Good Ambience. Challenging Work Tasks. Work from home for 4 days a week. Management technological very advanced.

Dislikes

Poor culture - Politics and Jealousy. Siloed work approach. Lacks work force diversity in the IT team Feedback process is mentally draining and sub par. It demoralizes you more than encouragement.
