The company is good for one thing Salary used to get credited on the last working day of the month.

Dislikes

Individual growth is limited, You don't need to be talented enough to grow you just need to please your Manager by giving them gifts, doing there personal work. And agree in all the decisions they make even if that is not good for the team. I have seen Managers scolding associates on the floor using bad language. And the Boss is always right attitude really sucks. HR has no idea what's going on, There are no skip meetings on how your manager or team lead is performing....Read More

I use to handle Accounts Payable for Netherlands, T&E and Supplier payments. AP & Billing for UK. AP for US & Canada. Job consists of supplier & t&e payments, monthly check list, resolving queries of the employees on t&e reimbursement.

It's a very good company for work life balance as it's only 8 hour shift 6:30 am to 2:30 pm or 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm. And the management is quite flexible in changing shifts.
