Top management and HR team is not responsive for any process or office culture improvement. Recruitment failure from HR and Operations due to their incompetency in the respective domain. No appraisal for dedicated employees. False promises (documented) on Bonus.

There is no learning for next level and when it comes to grooming subordinate it's not there at all. We have to enhance our skills by our own. You can't upgrade here by knowing your upline. If you are good enough to enhance yourself. Then this place is perfect. When it comes to salary and other benefits. It's excellent to work in Williams lea

I was not well and i tool the medical leave and take work from home. But they forcing me to report to office. This is very bad I already share all the medical documents but still they are doing like this. They have disturbed me mentally. Worst company
