Nothing as such, not a good company to work with. Very poor work culture, too much of politics. Company policy is only in papers nothing in practical.

HR, IT and the Management, no proper structure in any of the department. Will not any support from the Management. Worst Finance team, in fact they don't have anything like that. They have outsourced everything thing to Grey HR. It is a disaster. No Job Security. No training at all whether that is for process orientated training or personal learning. Its a great company to work with . I work for a capitive project and it has its own plus and minus . If you are on a capitive projects , you will have a superb work life balance, comfortable working enviornment ,but it would be ' learn by your own 'kind of experience. You would have to dig out and gain knowledge by yourselves .you would get initial training but as you go you would learn .pay scale is also pretty decent . You have to look for oppertunity and grab it by yourselves . If you are on a non capitive projects , the brighter you shine , higher you will step up the ladder. The process is defined, you would be fed with all the knowledge . The timings are strict and the pay scale is also pretty good . You would have great enviornment around and would have a planned approach . So its like 'will teach you everything' kind of experience. But if you are able to bring up ideas ,you will be recognized pretty well. In a nut shell , its a great company ,good work lige balance , moderate payscale , no or zero L&D. I was not well and i tool the medical leave and take work from home. But they forcing me to report to office. This is very bad I already share all the medical documents but still they are doing like this. They have disturbed me mentally. Worst company
