Nothing as such, not a good company to work with. Very poor work culture, too much of politics. Company policy is only in papers nothing in practical.

HR, IT and the Management, no proper structure in any of the department. Will not any support from the Management. Worst Finance team, in fact they don't have anything like that. They have outsourced everything thing to Grey HR. It is a disaster. No Job Security. No training at all whether that is for process orientated training or personal learning. I was not well and i tool the medical leave and take work from home. But they forcing me to report to office. This is very bad I already share all the medical documents but still they are doing like this. They have disturbed me mentally. Worst company
