The culture at Western Union is the BEST. Excellent work-life balance and very warm working environment. The management and HR are very cooperative. This is indeed an employee-centric organization.

Dislikes

There are very few growth opportunities, however compensation rise is good.

Work Details

I was a UX writer at Western Union and learnt a lot working there. The company culture is the best with excellent work-life balance. Great employee benefits

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
