The no of holidays enjoyed is more as compared to central gov jobs except this very pathetic condition.

Dislikes

The work culture. The growth of career is less The working environment is very bad As a group A cadre post I think this company doesn't provides a person his/her basic needs as an officer I will highly recommend anyone try for other options if u have have a good education qualification.

The main thing is that 1.You, don't have to travel very frequently. 2.The job is State based and language is never a problem. 3.You can visit your home on a regular basis. 4. There are plenty of Holidays.

1.There is no Promotion Policy as such. Promotion is not entirely based on your performance.

I mostly like more number of Public holidays. But need to stay within the headquarters

1. Poor work culture 2. Quality of life and Quality in work is almost nill 3. As it is Govt organisation(PSU), hence Growth for B.Tech graduates joined as Asst Engineers is very slow compared to Product based R&D Companies (Pvt Organisations) 4. Management & Company policies are not employee friendly 5. Life seems terrible if you posted as Substation Incharge or in Supply (Customer care centers)
