Hence be prepared to spend your life in some of the remotest locations of West Bengal, where other plants are located. If you have a working spouse who cannot relocate or are planning to marry someone like that, then please reconsider your decision of joining this company. You will not be able to lead a proper family life as there is simply no scope of opting transfer. Schooling facility is practically non existent in Santaldih and Sagardighi Thermal Power stations.
