Focused work and proper lunch hour

Dislikes

No training, no focused direction to work or proper work structure. It's like an immature school magazine work culture and very low salary. No proper salary contracts. The owner can fire you without notice and cheat you out of your last salary.

Work Details

Hectic and boring. You are just expected to know everything and do it with perfection. It's a mess.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
