Talking my Manager, she is well experienced and good person to work with and sharing the problem you are facing at technical and personal...Teammates are comfortable to work with and be with them.. Salary wise not that great..though they identify the talent in employees.. Politics doesn't matter.. Learning wise, they give opportunity to learn and implement in daily work..

Dislikes

Nothing much... They should trust on their employees more and give little flexibility in their work

People who loves their work, it's exciting for others it may not.. For me specially working with my manager was very good..loved it

Nothing, they will give jobs to needy people at low salary and may be few days training and will expect you to work like 3+ years experience person. If you struggle to do it. They will make situations to throw you out or make unseen pressure to resign.

Dislikes

Incentive structure plan is worst. Can't assure if you will get it or not. Pathetic management, no clear communication to people about any process, need to ask each and everything. They will say it's 5 days working but don't get into this trap. They will make you work on weekends too. Micro management is what their specialist. All manager level people play along with employees that they are supporting in every situation but playing behind your back. HR will show that their culture is like Google, but no body cares. The only thing matters to them is their work, even they will dig your grave to get it done. They will throw you out and get some low salary people in. No extra WFH allowance provided. They will show your salary package as good but all will be useless until you work for here long....Read More

Just pathetic, it's not 5 days working, it's whole week working you need to follow up during weekends and work also.

I would never recommend this organisation to anyone.It was the worst and i had a very bad experience throughout. Even after I complaint no action was taken against the manager who used to torture me Personally.
