In particular merchandising department, gender biasness is more. Only those peoples promoted whose are not working just try to act that thay are working. Hard working peoples never recognise and they had never promoted. They are just being granted. Worst team leads and managers.

They have flexi hours upto 2 hr that's the only thing

Poor work life balance with strict 8 hours required in system.(Enables prohance) They claims to be IT company but not a single dashboard works properly. People in other departments work so hard like finance and account payable but not given any credits at all. And such a big disadvantage is they give appraisal in start of August which is too late for match- April appraisal cycle.

You can see all the good reviews are from team leaders only. This shows you the real trap. Worst team leaders and managers. Highly selfish, they will use your highest potential and don't give appraisal. Manager use you for his own benefits.

At WGS, you will get opportunities to learn if you are a good learner and you will also get certified in six Sigma courses which is add on advantage for your career..WGS also provides the platform for employees to put forward their ideas and they gets rewarded for the best ideas.. Moreover, for me my team was so supportive and they were my backbone through out my career at WGS..

Can't spot any drawbacks as such..Personally I haven't experienced anything as such.. If you are good learner and hard working with innovative ideas WGS is the best place to go
