Poor Work Culture Managers and leads are doing politics. If you are not in their network or if you are not a shoe lickers they will do a conspiracy to throw you out. If you complain management about these politics, they will start targeting you to throw you out instead of resolving the actual issues. Most all leads and management people are maintaining their network to hire each other and they intervene hiring process to hire their own network people.
