Over all The company and culture was very Good for women this is the best company security and benefits A lot. One drawback I seen in my experience is M1,M2 level managers are not correctly in specially CSBB operations while taking decisions They will show partiality because of this issue I resigned from there but The company was awesome Thank you Wells Fargo😊
