Only package. They pay you well. Once open a time it used to be an awesome company. Top management is hopeless here self centric people are sitting on top management they are only interested to please their bosses no matter how talented ur you need to work to fulfil ur boss's ego. HR exists only on paper, only on few email you will find them. If ur highly skilled this is not the place for you.

If you hired as PM, you will required to go through multiple interview after completion of each and every project. I completed one year, I have gone through 6 interviews. I handled multiple projects so multiple interview. Now I am working as scrum master for the past 6 months. Had chosen as scrum master after interview. now To make that title official I had gone through 3 rounds of interview. Saddest part is technical question was asked related to java coding which I don't bother. But still for that role I don't required technical skill. Though I am good at CI/ CD practices and other agile practices. If in case I am not through, I required to go though interview process again to join other. Now I decided, to be smart instead of going through interview process within organisation, I will give interview else where so my package also increases. My salary hike was informed, but the number informed to me is different from the one I got in paper 4% communicated as new joiner but got 3.4%.
