No job security I was hired as PM was good performer also played scrum master role. due to the policy I was not eligible to move internally to take up the role as less than 18months. But as part of transformation asked to leave by taking one month salary as severance in November. Globally people know hiring process will be frozen/slow during December until march. Ruined life scenario, with rigorous search could manage to identify scrum master role within wells and got through informing eligibility IJP. But got it in other small company later but in felt though salary is same I chose the small company instead of wells...Read More
