It depends on the department and the leadership but overall Culture similar in comparison to its peers and way better than other organisations in same industry.

Dislikes

No Strategic vision of Indian leadership in some department. Employee benefits are being curtailed in a phased manner which will definitely impact long term bonding between organisation and its employees.

I like the new team I joined recently, good team collaboration and mutual respect.

Dislikes

I was into different team previously. The manager was the king of micromanagement and he has two boot lickers and those people always takes other's credit. Environment was too bad and entire team dissolved because people left that manager.

There is nothing to say good things about company. Company is good, but the Management and HR us not up to the mark.

India Management and US stakeholders, if you cross question them about the role or task,they will plan an escalation against you to spoil your career within company, so be aware and focus which working with them.

Only few teams follow/adhere to timings helping in maintaining ,the weekly ‘in office’ others leave with 4-5 hrs of ‘in office’. Organisation should enforce it across all teams min 7 hrs in office.

They provide transport service.they don't layoff. Rater they will give poor rating multiple times because of their personal limitation belief despite of great work. These poor ratings will make employee thinks to quite,it means they try to discourage rather than lay off.

Managers disrespect their resources, false allegations in mid and year end reviews to put them in PIP and silent layoffs. Don't higher good candidates for short duration of you can't pay them what they deserve. Manager's are very toxic, behave like son in law's of company. Old tech stack, least learning, workmlife balance is just an outside hype here.

There is absolutely no job security like in TCS, infosys or even in companies like Accenture, employees have some resistance to lay off. But in company like wells Fargo, there is 0 job security. Employees who joined were put into PIP and removed the same year they joined. Please do not join wells if you looking for job security. They will intentionally put resources in bad rating.
