They removed many people from job for all silly reasons, they cant be honest and tell they have hired 3 people for 1 persons job and they cant say with guts that they are removing people for cost cutting

The company is really good when it comes to work life balance. Never have I ever worked past my working hours.

Company is good but the management turn there heads away when you raise any issues that you have with your manager. Lot of micromanagement and people were leaving left right and center. But the manager and management were not ready to accept the fact that it’s because of them the people are leaving. Nothing much, onsite partners are cool that's one good thing. Little bit of free and friendly environment.

Dislikes

I don't like that we don't have below pointers. 1. WFH flexibility not there 2. Office hours restriction and flexibility is not there 3. round neck T-shirts/fully casuals are not allowed. 4. Many companies have 2 days WFH without office hours restrictions. 5. Hike is very less. These are not complaints, but these can make huge impact for a middle class family people/employees. Culture looks very bad. Too much of bossism. Sr mgt need to understand the culture thru employers not via managers. Managers unable handle larger team, do they frustrating emoyees. Employee survey result will be discussed with everyone who gave negative feedback. They start target them on floor ie. Treat badly in the floor.
