...t of politics comparative to other companies. Managers are not on there words. No increment on salary if we are doing any risky work. Can't even balance work life....due to politics running all over the process

Its perfect place to start your career the ambiance is itself a great motivation The place is well equipped with every facility Training is one of the best things. The interest taken can be noted Work presure is decent enough not too bad until u stop enjoying what you are doing

It's great working at Wells Fargo. You get good training when you join the job and if you are a campus recruit, you are more than lucky to gain such training. Work Culture is good.
