I expected a better support from management side.. as it is entirely a new thing for the team members to work from their homes.. work is huge during these days as the management expects you to work a week's work in a day and imposes strict deadlines which are unnecessary at the present moment.. there's no freedom and no peace working from home.. there are no strict time lines for a person to contact.. sometimes I may even get calls from my team members at 11 or 12 pm in night for some or the other reason which makes me feel irritation. Inspite of doing all these things, I was affected with Covid, I have expected good support from my team mates but it didn't happen as I thought. There are no seperate leaves for covid affected employee which forces him to go for loss of pay for his or her leaves. This has to be strictly adhered and it is the duty of managers to look after the wellbeing of their employees as we struggle day in and out for more than 12 hrs compromising our personal lives....Read More

I like the new team I joined recently, good team collaboration and mutual respect.
I was into different team previously. The manager was the king of micromanagement and he has two boot lickers and those people always takes other's credit. Environment was too bad and entire team dissolved because people left that manager.
