Completed internship at Webkorps, i would like to express my dissatisfaction with my experience. Key issues faced: Compensation did not match what was promised at the time of recruitment. My probation period was extended without clear reasons or proper communication. Promised me employment after 6 months was not confirmed. I resigned, informed HRs and boss, but claims of absence persisted due to this i was denied an internship completion certificate. even after completing the 6 months of internship. Communication, especially from HR, was poor and sometimes non-existent. This kind of unprofessionalism and exploitation of freshers was not expected. Webkorps has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, and to talk about seniors they provide magnificent hold up for juniors. And webkorps provide more importance to health safety, environment and this is required for long term sustainability.
