Completed internship at Webkorps, i would like to express my dissatisfaction with my experience. Key issues faced: Compensation did not match what was promised at the time of recruitment. My probation period was extended without clear reasons or proper communication. Promised me employment after 6 months was not confirmed. I resigned, informed HRs and boss, but claims of absence persisted due to this i was denied an internship completion certificate. even after completing the 6 months of internship. Communication, especially from HR, was poor and sometimes non-existent. This kind of unprofessionalism and exploitation of freshers was not expected.
