Nothing. If you want to forget your skills as an architect and want to work as a draftsmen without brains then this would be a perfect place to work. This place lacks professionalism and is run on the whims and fancies of a women who has no knowledge of this profession. The HR is a sidekick of the boss and follows her like a lap dog. The HR department is a joke. The work environment is toxic and full of politics. They advocate the presence of a work life balance but the truth is far far away from it.
