Waterworks ltd has an extremely toxic work environment. There is degradation, bullying, unprofessionalism and favoritism. Many of these practices are encouraged by the Media Manager and HR staff. It has a culture of prejudice, unhealthy practices such as smoking in the workplace.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
