1. Micromanagement 2. Pathetic management 3. The management doesnot follow proper hierarchy 4. In experienced or less experienced people are made to manage the team as TL or POC. Happened in my team 3 times during my tenure at firstcry 5. In your team as well no one is ready to work as a college. Every other member acts as a TL and wants to just manage 6. Baised 7. Low appraisals . Also depends on performance but have experienced some of the very best performers still having very less salary. 8. No flexibility in work . Not a proper environment. Pathetic work culture. 9. 0 benefits and not an employee entric company. 10. Only join incase u are a fresher or if u want a learning. But best to join as a fresher and switch after getting a bit of experience. If any better opportunities available, blindly go there....Read More

Worst organization to work with. Unethical people in the management. Seniors treat juniors as labour's. Instead of building the team the maneger tries to break the team. A lot of stress given. Maneger makes us work till 2am with zero appreciation. Senior management body shames, talks un professionally with Employees. Turns the wholeworld around if we take any holiday (paid). Good company for freshers to enter into corporate.

Toxic culture. Very less appraisal. Lot of partiality. ZERO facilities provided {except for parking and canteen(paid) and cockroach had been found in Maggie in canteen recently} No bonus. Culture here is to work for max 1.5 yrs and switch. Senior Management is partial and toxic.
