I worked in this company for 5 months. The first time I left such a company without serving notice period because I didn't like the way it worked. I just fed up. I used to do my work honestly but there is no proper training provided for new employees and there was so much miscommunication between Automation, Production and R&D department, If there were any mistakes happened they pushed it all on the new employee. After resigned I got opportunity in some other company but they need reliving letter from previous company (Warpp Engineers) So I request personally and on mail also to the HR , our HOD but they denied my request because of not serving notice period so my opportunity was lost. Also they didn't even pay my salary for the month of June 2023. There is no value for your honesty so please think before go for interview in this company....Read More
