One of the best company to work,great and professional staff &Unlike other organisation ,the CEO takes a hands on approach and takes a genuine interest in the projects and progress of all staff which may leads to good co-ordinations between company and employees. Company environment is very free and it feels like family here and colleagues look out to encourage,and support each other .Staff is treated regularly to generous treats and rewards,which is lovely touch and adds to the positive overall experience .Recently we a have our Annual function in Sayaji hotel which located in kolhapur itself all was just amazing,we all enjoyed a lot many performance and awards were announced to employees who had great job in whole year, awards was inform of Gift Voucher ,Gold Voucher ,and iPhone and many other exciting prizes were there. From Since 3 years back I have joined Walstar Technologies that time I had Started as Jr Web Developer now I am working as a team Leader -one of the Walstar team ,now the thing is if anyone tried push me out of the company I won't go anywhere else ,But jokes apart seriously everyone over here are so co-operative ,Co-ordinating, Supportive, Friendly and Understanding . After joining in Walstar not only work life but also the Personal life has changed obviously in positive way. Company Work Environment is next important thing which is present here . Only Hardly 1 year back I stared my career with Walstar Technologies but it seems its to long I am with Walstar cause we are here like one family who Supports every time. and Co-ordinating team leaders ,Other staff is very helpful .
