Work culture, long hours working and poor management. it's around 11 to 12 hours. Sometimes need to work more or need to stay office until its completed. Salary is very less, very very less. Using Old technologies, so no growth for future.

Recently I have joined the company & I am just got surprised that so skilled and efficient employees are here ,They know how to build strong relationship between employee and provide open communication with other employee. I am enjoying doing work everyone helps me if I have got stuck anywhere. I have not seen anything which can be disliked .Every thing is so well managed ,at the time of Induction the HR Team gives all detailed information about policy's ,Work culture, Leaves, Timings ,and other things ,that's the best thing I have ever seen .
