Please don't focus on current employee review, they can not write reality of company, I worked near to 1 year within this time period approx. 10 employee got fired, and they give same reason that your performance is not good so as a small company we can't not pay your salary. They have a simple process once got any project then hire and once project completed then fire the employee by giving non sense reason.
