We have got highly experienced seniors leading us. They show us the path and help out when we are stuck. I always look up to them have benefited from it. Team I am a part of consists of interesting people and we get along well. Interactions, discussions and chats do occur on a daily basis. It lights up the mood.

What I really like to talk about working here is the freedom that I get to be creative in my work. There are no restrictions on coming up with new ideas and trying different approaches. The seniors are always ready to assist whenever I need their help. This mix of creative freedom and a lively atmosphere makes this workplace truly special to me.

It’s my viewpoint not a con, I have noticed that some individuals are hesitant to take ownership and be accountable for their assigned tasks. Initially, I held a similar viewpoint, but over time, my perspective has changed, and it has hugely laid influenced on my personal and professional growth.

Bond if you reimburse certification. They will alot you uncessary tasks excel related stuff. Get ready for changes if you hired as python developer they will give you ruby related tasks. Office politics is high as hell.

work life balance-company expects employee to work around the clock and whosoever resist comes in bad books. Working around the clock increases chances of chronic health issues!!, Lack of recoganisation for efforts, feedback is always negative from senior management. Promotion, raises and appreciation are solely based on nepotism, those connected to owner or leadership received preferential treatment. There is complete disregard for hierarchy, for instance, an AVP might make unilateral decisions by consulting relatives bypassing direct repotees. "Managers are completely non-technical; they don't know which tasks can be completed in the current sprint, so they put everything into it. When a user story is not completed, they blame the developers. If anyone raises concerns or asks questions, they ignore them because they lack technical knowledge."

It;s my personal advice: if you have the chance to work here, don;t pass it up. This place can really boost your career if you serious about it. The career growth opportunities are amazing here.
