I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Many things.. they just call any random candidate for an interview. Firstly they will ask for qualification you don't have then they will show mercy on you and their management is way poor. You have to clear the shit of 2 years which is standing on companies balance sheet plus have patience if you are dealing with hr and hoping to join asap as they are easily going to take 2 months to roll out an offer to you.
