Got To Learn a Lot. Had Complete Exposure From Top To Bottom Which I could have never got from working in a big company. Also regular salary increments, Quaterly and sometimes monthly as well allows you to continue with the company for a longer period. Good Work Culture. As it is a product based company we dont have to switch tasks every now and then. Focus is straight on one thing at a time and improves productivity. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
