There are very few things which I personally like about company, good salary, prompt on time salary, good benefits, supportive HR.

Dislikes

Appraisals will be given to only employees who are favorites No work satisfaction because job portal will be only given to employees who are favorites. very toxic culture. Great place to work, excellent work-life balance, good pay and extraordinary bonus and incentives.

Dislikes

Not much to dislike. If you are work oriented and deliver the expected results, you will love the place. But the office culture could with a quarterly team outing or dinner.

I only like the tools they provide for recruitment. Most of the companies does not provide almost most of the tools to support their recruitment vertical.

Dislikes

They don’t provide good salary, they always negotiate to work on less salary from your current CTC. HR management or persons are poor in providing any information and if you leave the company they will not provide relieving letter and other documents on time. As per their company norms, from the date you resign you have to complete 15 days notice (it is good) but after completing your notice you have to wait for next 60 days to get your relieving or other documents. The work culture is very good and people here mainly the high level management is very good. They mainly looks upon the employees. Very quick career promotion and a very good salary package

It is the few employees who makes your mind to leave the company apart from that nothing with the company management.

There isn't a singel positive side when you are working at W3global. Management is not good. No proper training. They hire people and just ask them to give positive result.

Dislikes

At W3global no I performed exceptionally but no salary hike no appraisals. If you are a fresher don't join W3global, not a good environment. No support no help.

Unsupportive, You need to a yes man to be in the company as you wouldn't be able to put your inputs/views in front of the company. Though the company would tell you to put out your opinion. You would walk into office and that could be your last working day. You can preform well but if your not in line with the management, then you need to make no mistake.
