Everything is very bad.... No job security - without any strong reason you will be fired at anytime . No salary satisfaction - if an employee says for his salary increment, then the company decides his replacement Two senior guy named as Debdutta Panda and Sumit Malo, whose behaviour is so bad, You will be a good person to them when you can start oil brush for them.

A guy named as Devdutta, whose behavior is disgusting, he thinks himself as a school teacher and all employees are his students but unfortunately he doesn't have any idea about outside IT market. Extremelylow salary, between 5 to 10k they are offering to fresher who are actually developer.
