Nothing was there to like about.

Everything, The food was very bad sometimes we have found insects inside our food. No job security even if you are an permanent employee. There was no discipline regarding reporting time even senior employees come to office after 1.5 hours late and then the lecture the juniors about why you taken 5 extra min in cafeteria. Work environment is very bad employees more likely want to know what have you done or what are you doing is your work done rather than doing there own work. There are no such thing as leave because even after you take leave and you are not even in condition to stand on your own they will call you again and again and again like the mental and physical health does not matter for VVDN. The Management department is very bass they will lie about everything when you take paid leave due to emergency in family(Death of any family member) they will first say you can take leave when you come back to office the will not give you leave they will say you din not come to office or you did not do any work so it will be marked as LOP so you can't trust there management what they say you should get everything written through mail or messages because they will change what they said earlier. The sat and sun are off sometimes because when you are asked to work on sat or sun also and come to office they will not give you any credit or give you one extra leave because they called you to work in office on holiday even you have to pay for food for that day you get noting rather then stress.
