Horrible situation in covid time, Bhubaneswar there is production unit and not such guys are involved in productions related activities. But forcing to travel from Bhubaneswar to manesar and kochi. As the Branch head belongs to academic institutions, no industrial exposure. He has no idea how to execute any project, and what are the requirements... He always uses slangs during scolding to senior/ junior/ office staff. He run this unit as one man army, so why we are hired for this location. He is behaving like college principal, he never listen to anyone. What misbehaving any senior guy in front of junior guys / including office boy. Bcoz office boys are pet to him, because he gave money to them and advised him to monitor each and everyone. He gave more hike to his pet guys, and very less hike to other even though he is hard working. He is brach head, but max time available in HO for learning rf testing in manesar. The manesar guys behaving him as technician/ office boy.He should respect the position and priority of Bhubaneswar branch. Because of him the founder members of VVDN , Bhubaneswar left with in a year also the senior resources left the organization. Also forcing to come in Saturday and Sunday without any work.
