Everything. No benefits for employee. No PF. No salary slip. No value for Testing personal. Only developer will get some value from management. No proper planning for software life cycle. Wont follow any procedure. Too much of work pressure for one single person.

Won't be able to manage work/life balance. As a software test engineer i used to test one big application single handedly. was giving support to 2 clients. Was doing hardware configuration. Writin testcase writing req document etc etc
