1. Salary will be credited at the end of the month. I never faced even a single-day delay in my career. 2. No issues with a two-wheeler parking. 3. Dislikes

1. As an employee we have to maintain an average of 9.30 working hours excluding lunch and breaks, Management will say 8 hrs work is sufficient but practically make us work a minimum of 9.30hrs 2. They have allocated 12 days of paid leave per year. I don't like the leave acceptance procedure, there will be no backup resources for employees due to this most of the time leaves will be canceled or 2 days of leave will be converted into 1 day. if two of the project member need leave at the same time then one of them leave will be canceled. 3. As per management policy they have 3 months notice period which is huge for this level(1-100 employees) of the company. they also consider the notice period from the date of management acceptance. management will take two months to accept the resignation(including any emergency situation). so a total of 5 months for employees to exit from the company. None of the companies will accept 5 months notice period including vThink. This simply indicates that management is not at all carrying about the employee's future. Management should consider 2 months notice period from the date of the employee intimation. 4.
