You can spend your time in office doing nothing. Just you should know how to bluff your seniors. You can create your own working standards. Nobody will interrupt you untill & unless it will not hit the egos of directors.

Dislikes

They don't pay your expenses dues on time. If you leave the company forget about your full & final settlement. No management, worst working culture. Directors nature is opposite to the company's growth. They only think about there personal benefits but not for there employees benefits. Don't join this company.
