Even if you talk a bit louder with your colleagues the company will draft an email to send to the higher officials to make a scene. Management is easily reachable but still they won't solve your queries.

They have no concern for employees, they mame you work like slave during weekends, and on government holidays. No vaccation leave policy. No insurance, you will be shifted to multiple projects without your permission. A worst company to be, all they do is data entry you'll never learn anything in here except how to be a slave.
