Pune location is better than other locations (Hyderabad, Gandhinagar) Good scope to learn new things. Job security - they think twice & thrice before layoff. Good for non-technical people

Dislikes

Variable pay - 10%, they give good hike hardly 10% but no variable - indirectly no hike Lot of amount go as tax, less tax saving options. Promotion - they won't promote real talented people. Lot of scrap we can see

HR team are very good in completing the cybage process. Project execution depends upon Manager work style. Company is good for freshers and experienced not more than 6-8yrs.

Dislikes

Poor appraisal process. If you are working on 11 months and comes on bench during appraisal month. Your appraisal amount will be calculated considering on bench only . Lesser project for the experienced people . If you are having more than 8 yrs ..chances of getting project is less. If you want to transition to some new technology and get the project on the same is very difficult Same day/1 week release process based on the manager in the project or bench....Read More
