No job Security, No Life Security, PF and ESI deduction is there but no Account/reg no, No value for hard worker, Partiality between cast and region. This company holds 90% of field work. 4 to 8 Tickets will be assigned to engineers in different different customer sites, there will be a lot of pressure to close those tickets. On site if something goes wrong on road nobody will be there to take responsibilities. This company is handling LENOVO, HP and DELL projects. Volta Technology Solutions is the third party partner for those companies. Salary is very less, for freshers just Rs 6000. For experienced max 20,000, No any other facilities. Offer letter will be provided i.e Fake(In normal printing A4 sheet not in company letterhead). Experience letter will be given in a single sentence. I went to a MNC with that letter that interviewer said no use of it....!!!! This i experienced with Volta Technology Solutions....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
