Disclaimer :Do not believe 5 star rating for this organization. 1. Bad place to work for women. They would pull you down. 2.Unskilled managers, don't know what to guide and , and push every blame on you. 3.You raise issues with the managers they would extend your probation period and then throw you out of the organization . 4.You wont be able to grow in this organization as your work would be hijacked by managers and some manager favorite people. 5.The job description wont mention the work that you would be doing in the organization. 6.Few manager favorite people of managers would intimidate you and if you report to HR ,there would be no resolution. 7.Since this is a start up all the managers ,HR and other committees in the organization are one team and employees are another team. There would no support to you . 8.HR are just for name sake they are not for employees. They are for Management only. 9.Favoritizm is the daily thing here. 10.If you raise a complain and you are the victim you would be out of the organization .culprits are still in there . 11.Baised towards male employees. 12.Politics at its peak. Giving promotion but with 2% hike.. got very positive feedback from manager and senior, due to this got promotion and 2% hike. When I asked to manager, he simply said that it is not in control you can connect with HR. Managers and the German counterpart makes you feel like a labour. The lower management are too complacent. They hire people for some set of work. But they keep on burdening you for others tasks like service request on top of your daily work.

work-life balance and company culture are good, management is pretty relaxed and does not pressure. Sports and cultural events.

Not a product-based company. Everything is slow and most processes are manual. Quality Resources are not hired, they are busy increasing just the head count. The international travel team is a big mess. Management is laid which has disadvantage of they are not aware of your work at all.
