Best place to work until 2019, things changed after senior management changed. Then people started resigning from our department. Other departments are still a good place to work. Till 2019: Great working environment, freedom of thoughts & creativity, good appraisal system, good leadership team, employee-friendly policies, women-empowerment on priority

Partiality at times, certain leaders made life hell for so many of us from 2019 - that many senior staff moved out. What I dislike that the super senior management/ HR doesn't even realize that something needs to be done to move this one person away because of whom many senior people are resigning. Salary disparity between Ahmedabad & Pune employees

Everything is terrible here No good projects. All support projects will weird and old technology stacks. Lots of office politics. No promotions No trainings and growth Managers and Seniors are not at all supportive and will always target and trouble you for tasks and will give no support and KTs even if you join as a newbie or a fresher. The people in Vodafone are really good. All credits to the company culture. Safe to say that as an employee I would like to return to work here after gaining some diverse experience. Job security is excellent. When there were so many layoffs in the sector VOIS tried its best not to lay off any employees as it was the first time everthe company had to lay off some people that too because of the worst market fsced in the last couple years.They tried placing the employees internally in different teams as per the requirement and also used their connections to place laid off staff in some company....Read More

Only good thing is ignorance management, they ignore your development, skill set and speciality. And give any work. And you can ignore there work and injoy the life. If you have this skill you can injoy work life balance. Otherwise there is nothing like this company.

There is nothing about agile or sdlc following. Management have only mouth to give work and shouting. They are not having capabilities to give you required software and hardware which recommended to work. With less hardware (RAM and harddisk) you need to complete your work and show 8hr per day productive. Then you can understand what is work life balance. Career Destroying Experience at VOIS VOIS is an absolute nightmare for any aspiring professional. They engage in unethical and predatory practices that can severely damage your career. # Fraudulent Hiring and Baseless Accusations: Despite explicitly informing them about previous employment's lack of PF contributions during the interview process, they will hire. After a few months, they initiated a BGV and falsely accused for using fraudulent practices to secure a job. # Extortionate FNF Settlement: During the FNF settlement process, VOIS demanded an exorbitant sum of money to release Relieving letter. This blatant extortion tactic left me with no choice but to comply, further impacting my financial stability. # Inhumane HR and Management: The HR and managerial staff at VOIS are some of the worst individuals ever encountered. They lack empathy, professionalism, and basic human decency. There are many employees in vois who even don't know some basic stuff like windows functioning, basics of ms excel. I was working there since 2017, I did join the company with campus recruitment drive. After 4 years I was expecting raise in package and designation but there wasn't any as expected. At that time some new experienced people joined my team with very high package who even don't know anything about the work that they have to do even telling them the same thing 3 4 times. This really discourage someone who is already working in organisation for years with same package but with more tasks and responsibilities and new joinees are just like in their honeymoon period. They don't even care about their work. This culture should be improved....Read More
