Best place to work until 2019, things changed after senior management changed. Then people started resigning from our department. Other departments are still a good place to work. Till 2019: Great working environment, freedom of thoughts & creativity, good appraisal system, good leadership team, employee-friendly policies, women-empowerment on priority
Partiality at times, certain leaders made life hell for so many of us from 2019 - that many senior staff moved out. What I dislike that the super senior management/ HR doesn't even realize that something needs to be done to move this one person away because of whom many senior people are resigning. There is nothing about agile or sdlc following. Management have only mouth to give work and shouting. They are not having capabilities to give you required software and hardware which recommended to work. There are many employees in vois who even don't know some basic stuff like windows functioning, basics of ms excel. I was working there since 2017, I did join the company with campus recruitment drive. After 4 years I was expecting raise in package and designation but there wasn't any as expected. At that time some new experienced people joined my team with very high package who even don't know anything about the work that they have to do even telling them the same thing 3 4 times. This really discourage someone who is already working in organisation for years with same package but with more tasks and responsibilities and new joinees are just like in their honeymoon period.
