Its a small company, leave policy are not good, you only get 1.5 overall leaves per month and that you cannot take without upper management authority

No work from home policy.. only if you are a girl Its very old company but no growth..

No work culture, no work ethics, no employee engagement, learning and development is nil, no scope to develop your skills for the next level. Small company with 50-60 users overall strength, office location is scary, no security for girls working at night.

management and seniors are very supportive. They always support you if you face problem and stuck . specially all leaders and HR team are very supportive.

One of the most pathetic company I have ever come across. The AVP Mr. Sanjeet Kumar & Mr. Rajeev Sharma are the most unprofessional and inhuman people you will ever come across. Their profession aptitude is next level pathetic.they literally traumatize employees with their words and treatment.

The only good thing of this company was, it was only few kilo meters away from my home.

Worst company ever worked with. If an employee wasn't getting pf in previous company they will not provide you Pf in there company too. Only one side cab facility available. Some of the senior working here thinks that this company belongs to their father. There was a senior TL by the name of swarnjeet singh, he was expert in playing politics I never want to work under his leadership again in my future.
