This company hires anyone,if they have even little knowledge of English.i dont know if it's a good thing or bad.but yes,you won't have a problem finding job here .

Dislikes

Lot of politics involved and the management doesn't address our issues.lots of corruption involved,and you could see that in the salary, salary is not good.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Overall experience is fine in India mart leap process Ankit sir will always support at the end, even for pres-shift he can can scold for performance but any how at the end he will support and guidance

Company does not have EPF, system and floor feels like 3rd class call center no more growth also now a days 5 days working on almost all shift here is 6 days suggestion atleast needs to do 5.5 day working
