Overall experience is fine in India mart leap process Ankit sir will always support at the end, even for pres-shift he can can scold for performance but any how at the end he will support and guidance

Dislikes

Company does not have EPF, system and floor feels like 3rd class call center no more growth also now a days 5 days working on almost all shift here is 6 days suggestion atleast needs to do 5.5 day working
